7) Google Tools
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (hereafter: Google). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.
This will only be used if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO - Consent).
We use the function "Activation of IP anonymisation" on this website. However, this means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
This website uses Google Signals and thus expands the existing Google Analytics functions. For this purpose, additional information is collected from users who are actively logged into their Google account, transmitted to Google, linked to the website visit data and evaluated. The website operator can use this information to optimise its web offers (extension for cross-device remarketing).
The following additional information can be collected:
- Location data
- Search history information
- YouTube history information
- Data about the actions on our website
- Data from websites that work with Google
- Device data
This cross-device tracking information is aggregated and anonymised by Google. It should be noted that the anonymisation on the part of Google is not transparent and legal compliance with the GDPR cannot be guaranteed.
The aggregated data generates better advertising reports (groups of people, target groups, ...) and useful information on interests, locations, age, language, gender, profession, marital status, income, ...
The storage period of this information is limited to 26 months.
This will only be used if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO - Consent).
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behaviour on one end device (e.g. mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC).
If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google Account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalised advertising messages can be served on every end device on which you log in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of users, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target groups for cross-device ad advertising.
You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalised advertising in your Google account; follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The aggregation of the collected data in your Google account is based exclusively on your consent, which you can give or revoke at Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). In the case of data collection processes that are not merged in your Google Account (e.g. because you do not have a Google Account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest results from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymised analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google's data protection declaration at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=en.
This will only be used if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO - Consent).
This website uses the Google Tag Manager. Through this service, website tags can be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. No cookies are set and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags, insofar as these are implemented with the Google Tag Manager. More information on the Google Tag Manager can be found at the following link: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/tag-manager/.
The user has the option to prevent all tags of the Google Tag Manager from being sent. To do this, the user must click on the opt-out link below to place the Google Tag Manager deactivation cookie in their browser.
For more information, see the usage guidelines at http://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.
We use the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking will be placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain web pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Here, the customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information as well as Google's privacy policy can be found at:
This will only be used if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO - Consent).
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographical information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about visitors' use of the map functions. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection centre.
Detailed instructions on managing your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.
This will only be used if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO - Consent).

The website may contain links to other websites over whose content and data processing KUHN has no influence. KUHN accepts no responsibility for these contents.
